I'm a CSL-certified Project Manager and former Cloud Support Engineer with a passion for systems—both human and technical. Whether it's infrastructure, business models, or team dynamics, I love breaking things down to understand how they work, how they fail, and how to make them better.

I bring the same systems thinking, intellectual curiosity, and customer-first mindset into every project I lead. Although construction is a vastly different field than technology, my passion for serving clients and delivering meaningful results remains constant. As a consumer myself, I'm often appalled by the widening gap in customer orientation post-COVID—so I strive to deliver the kind of service I would want to receive: thoughtful, responsive, and excellent.

Over time, I’ve developed a multidisciplinary lens that blends strategy, psychology, execution, and adaptability. I believe real solutions happen at the intersection of disciplines—where insights from one field unlock innovation in another.
